Staff also recommended renewing the .org domain through PCS for the next 10 years at a cost of $161.95 (about $17.99 per year); the board approved that purchase. The board discussed an accessibility subscription called AudioEye (about $2,500/year) to assist with ADA Title II compliance; staff said that municipalities under 50,000 people will have compliance deadlines in 2027 and the board can decide on AudioEye later.
Staff said the migration work will begin Dec. 1 and run through Nov. 30, 2026, under a one-year service agreement. The migration will include select board minutes and agendas, planning board and other department documents; staff (Leah and others) will work with CivicPlus and assist with file organization.
