Lake Oswego council adopts consent agenda, moves speed zone ordinance for separate consideration

The Lake Oswego City Council adopted the consent agenda by a 7-0 voice vote at its Sept. 2 meeting. Items approved on the consent agenda included appointments to the Foothills District Community Advisory Committee; Ordinance 2958 (annexing 5450 Kenny Street); Ordinance 2961 (annexing 6210 Lakeview Boulevard); and Resolution 25-38, an amendment to subrecipient agreement 24-006 between the City of Lake Oswego and the Clackamas County Human Services Department, Social Services Division, for fiscal years 2023–2027.
Councilor Raff requested that one item, listed in the agenda as Resolution 2996 (the speed zone ordinance), be pulled from the consent agenda for separate consideration; that item was debated later in the meeting and enacted as Ordinance 2966.
Motion to adopt the consent agenda was made on the record and carried unanimously.
