The motion passed 3–2 after a tie and the mayor broke the tie in favor; one councilmember registered a formal "nay" on record related to opposition to commission expansion.
- Surplus equipment (Police Department tasers): Approved Resolution No. 529-25 authorizing the sale of surplus tasers to the City of Parma Police Department at a discounted rate (moved and seconded; voice vote; approved). Staff noted cartridges are not reusable and will not be transferred.
