Staff described volunteer support and maintenance as part of the commitment. After a motion to authorize the supervisor to sign the letter, Councilmember Jacob moved, Councilmember Julian seconded, and the board approved the motion by voice vote (all "Aye").
Minutes and the signed commitment will document maintenance expectations and the project schedule. The project was presented as consistent with previous town volunteer-based park improvements.
