Commissioners discussed logistics for the viewing, including safety advice to avoid driving parts of the road that are not safe and having Public Works provide transportation for viewers. Commissioners asked staff to contact suggested viewers and coordinate schedules so the two required publications and the view can be scheduled within the required 20-day period.
The commission did not set a final hearing date at the meeting; staff will return with available dates after contacting potential viewers.
