Clay County waives $20,000 building-permit fee for Vermillion wastewater project, charges $75 application fee

County staff said the broader policy of waiving fees for public institutions would be addressed in a future joint meeting with the city and school district. No additional conditions were attached to the waiver for the wastewater project.
