- Consent calendar and minutes: The consent calendar passed unanimously, including adoption of minutes and routine administrative items.
Staff noted that the city will post details and supporting documents for these items on the city website; no additional expenditures beyond those in staff reports were authorized beyond the approved agreements. The council did not alter the substance of the items at the meeting.
