Ordinance introduction: The council introduced by title an ordinance amending Norwalk Municipal Code Chapters 8.48 and 8.5 to transition commercial service to a three‑container system (trash, recycling, organics). Roll call on introduction recorded the same unanimous ayes: Ramirez, Rios, Valencia, Vice Mayor Perez and Mayor Ayala. A second reading was scheduled.
