Construction timing and scope
Staff said construction is expected to begin toward the end of the year and to take about 18 months to complete. The approved contract covers the phases and alignment included on the plans and specifications presented to council; the staff report contains the full project accounting and any contingency amounts, including recommended change order authorization language (staff corrected a clerical comma/period typo in the change-order figure during council discussion).
