Marion County board continues Moon Bar case after remonstrators and counsel seek more time

The Local Alcoholic Beverage Board of Marion County on Sept. 2 continued the remonstrance hearing for Moon Bar, 148 East Market Street, after several remonstrators spoke and counsel for the business asked for more time to review records recently produced.
The board’s president, Tyler Graves, opened the hearing and swore witnesses. Crystal Stone rose to say, “I’m Crystal Stone, and remonstrated remonstrated against Moon Bar located at 148 East Market Street.” Detective Tiffany Masten of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and representatives of Downtown Indiana also identified themselves as remonstrators.
