The Ivan City Planning Commission on Sept. 2 approved the Chenille Cliffs preliminary plan, phases 1 and 2, a proposed 40-lot subdivision on about 41.35 acres south of Highway 91 near Mojave Way and Coahuasca Drive.
The commission voted unanimously to approve the plan after staff concluded the proposal materially conforms to Ivan City code and to a settlement agreement from February 2006 that established the project’s zoning and development rights.
