Another ordinance introduced would raise Board of Equalization compensation (chair request) from $100 to $175 per meeting.
Clerk/court staff notified the assembly of an abbreviated AMCO (Alaska Marijuana and Alcohol Control Office) hearing process for a wholesale liquor license application by Southern Glaziers Wine and Spirits of Alaska, LLC, noting the applicant had been notified of the assembly's previously filed protest and may present a defense before the assembly; the assembly was given a procedural motion template should it choose to retract the protest.
