After discussion the board agreed to postpone and reschedule to a full day to ensure interpreters can attend for the entire proceeding and to allow affected parties to participate.
Board staff noted that a rescheduled hearing will require re-advertising. The board asked staff member Miss Vance to coordinate with counsel, the applicant, witnesses and interpreters to select a new date and ensure the room and interpreters are available; members emphasized making the new session long enough to cover outstanding testimony.
The hearing was adjourned and left open for rescheduling; no final decision on the daycare application was taken at the session.
