Board Chair Jessica Rowe said the board would rely on HR to complete negotiations and return to the board with final terms. "You will want to be putting your time into getting to know our community, getting to know your staff, getting to know your library and the system that it's in," Rowe said during the meeting's closing discussion of candidates.
