Springfield School District approves five-year agreement with teachers' association

The motion to approve was made and seconded before a board vote recorded as "Motion carries 7 0." The board then directed the parties to sign the agreement.
The vote completes the board's ratification step; the agreement will govern compensation and other labor terms through the 2029–30 school year unless otherwise amended or reopened under terms in the contract.
