The Mount Olive Township School District Board of Education approved an employment separation agreement for employee ID number 4693 during its regular meeting, the board said.
Board member (reader) summarized the recommended action on the motion: “Resolve that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent, hereby approves the employment separation agreement and release with respect to employee ID number 4693, dated 08/25/2025, and further authorizes the board president and business administrator/secretary to execute the same on behalf of the board. The business administrator, board secretary, and superintendent are authorized to take all further action required by the terms of the agreement to further implement the same.”
The motion to move item 4.1 (approval of the employment separation agreement) was made and seconded. A roll-call vote recorded “yes” from Mrs. Fenn, Dr. Giordano, Mrs. Figueroa, Mrs. Fitzgerald, Mrs. Melendez and Mrs. Narcisse; the motion passed unanimously. No abstentions or negative votes were recorded.
The board noted that the meeting’s notice requirements under the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act had been satisfied. The board also indicated there were no motions to enter confidential (executive) session before taking the personnel action.
After the vote the board moved on to general public comment (no speakers) and then adjourned.
