Board acknowledges school district mill rate; accepts clerk's resignation after executive session

Later in the meeting the board entered an executive session to discuss personnel matters. After returning to open session, the board voted to accept the clerk's resignation effective the date of the meeting and authorized the human-resources director to effectuate the resignation under civil-service rules. The motion to accept the resignation passed.
The board did not disclose personnel details during open session other than that the executive session pertained to personnel.
