Town board approves site plan for Niagara Power Transformer project at 1755 Dale Road

Supervisor Nowak moved and the board seconded a resolution (20 25-5-94) granting approval of the site plan dated May 1, 2025 (sheet SP101) for project 2025‑0354. The resolution was adopted after the board imposed standard conditions: town engineering must accept and sign off on required stormwater and drainage documents and plans; the building and plumbing department and the assessor must receive sealed, stamped and signed site plans after engineering acceptance; and electronic submission of plans was allowed.
The motion carried by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
Board members and staff noted the applicant’s submission materials had been circulated to the file and that the approval is contingent on final engineering review and town department sign-offs listed in the resolution. The town clerk will record the conditions of approval and monitor engineering sign-off before issuing final permits.
