The Osage County Commission on Aug. 26 approved a package of routine items and administrative actions, including personnel payroll forms, tax-roll corrections, a vehicle purchase and payment of county bills.
Key votes and outcomes
- Agenda and additions: Commissioners approved the meeting agenda with additions. (Motion carried unanimously.)
- Treasurer’s office closure: Approved (see separate article). (Motion carried unanimously.)
- Personnel/payroll actions: The commission approved multiple personnel payroll action forms and status payroll reports brought forward by department heads (including forms from the Appraiser’s Office and Sheriff’s Office and a personnel action for Trisha Webb). Motions were made and seconded and recorded as unanimous 'Aye' votes.
- Tax roll corrections: Commissioners approved tax-roll corrections covering several years (motion referenced 2020 and 2024 corrections). Motion passed unanimously.
