The plan identifies high-risk areas in and around Pleasant View — including Poolpatch and the Cove — and formalizes a partnership with county and state wildland officials to qualify the city for state-assisted response and reimbursements. Jones told the council the state set a local annual matching requirement of $18,000 and that Northview had submitted about $44,000 in mitigation work for the year.
