The Kuna City Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday voted to table three related land-use applications for the NAVA Vineyards development to the commission's Oct. 14, 2025 meeting.
Senior planner Troy Beheunen told the commission staff had not received final reports from two critical agencies and recommended the item be moved to a date certain so the reports could be compiled and reviewed. "We are requesting that this be tabled until the 10/14/2025 Planning and zoning commission meeting," Beheunen said.
The applications identified on the agenda were listed together as case numbers 25Dash01DashPUD, 25Dash04DashS and 25DashO6Dash Doctor (as read on the agenda). A commissioner moved to table the items to Oct. 14, 2025; another commissioner seconded. The chair called for the vote, and commissioners responded "Aye" with no opposition voiced. The motion passed and the cases were formally tabled.
Commissioners and staff said the additional time will allow the outside agencies to submit their final reports and give staff and interested parties time to review the materials once posted to the city website. At the end of the meeting the chair reminded the audience the matter had been tabled to Oct. 14 to ensure "all the information from other agencies is presented to staff, ourselves, and you" and that materials would be available on the city website.
No public testimony was recorded on these applications at the meeting. The commission did not provide a vote count in the record; no commissioner voiced opposition during the roll call on the motion.
