Council committee dissolves employee‑relations task force and orders personnel file action in split votes

On the personnel file motion, the committee voted to approve, in accordance with the Terrebonne Parish personnel manual section 2.12(c), a request by the employee who was subject to the investigation to have the Aug. 15, 2025, letter deleted and removed from their personnel file. That motion also passed 5–4.

Committee members cautioned about repeating executive‑session details in public remarks; the parish attorney advised caution about disclosing executive‑session material.
