The Bloomington City Redevelopment Commission (RDC) voted on a package of resolutions Sept. 2, approving funding and contract changes, lease actions and deadline extensions across multiple projects.
The commission adopted an updated attachment to Resolution 25-100 (an MOU with the American Red Cross) and approved change order funding for the Hopewell West project (Resolution 25-106). The RDC also approved an addendum for disposal fees related to the Beeline Trail multiuse path (Resolution 25-107), a lease with Visit Bloomington for Fourth Street Garage commercial office space (Resolution 25-108), and four parallel amendments to CARES Act CDBG awards that extend recipients’ expenditure deadlines through HUD’s September 2026 cutoff (Resolutions 25-109 through 25-112).
