Select Board opens applications to fill vacancy; seeks letters/applications by Sept. 15–16

Board members said they could adjust the process if needed; applicants may use the town’s committee form or a simple letter of intent.
Ending: Staff agreed to post the vacancy notice on the town website and social media and to include application instructions; the appointment would fill the seat until the next town meeting, when the position would be placed on the warrant for voters to decide.
