Commissioner Govars moved to approve the final plat subject to the condition that the applicant address plat comments and corrections produced by staff prior to submission of the Mylar plat; Commissioner Dispenza seconded. The motion carried on roll call with all commissioners voting yes.
The approved motion was recorded as an amended Resolution 4450a to approve the final plat of Roth Subdivision Phase 2 with the stated condition. Staff will require the applicant to incorporate the listed plat corrections before the Mylar is submitted; the resolution and meeting packet contain the plat-review comments to be addressed.
