The board then moved, seconded and held a roll-call vote. Those recorded voting “yes” in the roll call were Michelle; Mike; Alice; Al; and President Hassinger. The president announced, “Motion carries.”
No items required separate board action that evening; the board listed only one informational item after the consent approvals.
The approvals leave standing the appointments to the occupational advisory committee and the superintendent's contracting authority as adopted administrative measures until any board motion to revisit them.
