Historic preservation planner Dennis Gilmore listed recent administrative approvals including reroofs, windows and doors replacements, painting, an awning, exterior rehabilitation work for the Hollywood Museum, fence and screening work and a 1,000‑gallon above‑ground dispenser installation at 308 Avenue A.
Gilmore summarized the list and confirmed the exterior rehabilitation for the Hollywood Museum is primarily site work and a mural, not substantive alteration to the building. Board members asked whether listed items complied with the updated standards the board has been developing; staff said routine items were reviewed using existing standards and that most of the listed work involved maintenance or minor exterior changes.
No separate motions or votes were recorded on the administrative list during the meeting. The board moved on to adjournment after the report.
