Planning commission continues PC2025-055 to Nov. 24 at petitioner’s request

At its Sept. 22 meeting the Greenwood Advisory Planning Commission voted 9-0 to continue item PC2025-055 to Nov. 24, 2025.
Planning staff told the commission the petitioner is considering acquiring additional land and may choose to withdraw the current filing or wait until private negotiations conclude before returning to the commission. The commission accepted a motion to continue the item to the Nov. 24 meeting.
The motion to accept a continuance on PC2025-055 was moved by Mr. Walker and seconded by Mr. Lexi; the commission approved the continuance by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Staff indicated the continuance will allow the petitioner to finalize discussions about additional property before the commission takes further action.
