The Greenwood Advisory Planning Commission on Sept. 22 approved modifications to recorded development commitments for the SageRun subdivision on the west side of Holmes Road, voting 9-0 to adopt the changes and authorize the commission president to deliver a memorandum to the common council.
Petitioner PulteGroup, represented at the hearing by attorney Eric Crime of Blue Naval Law Firm, asked the commission to delete a recorded “Exhibit A” that incorporated pieces of an older zoning and subdivision ordinance and to instead reference the currently effective Greenwood Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
