The City of Roseville Transportation Commission on Sept. 16 approved the minutes of its Aug. 19 meeting and then moved the meeting to the Civic Center transfer point outside the council chambers to board a Roseville Transit bus for an immediate tour of new and upcoming transportation projects in Roseville.
The action came after the commission completed its roll call and a public comment period during which no members of the public spoke. Eleni, a staff member who called the roll, reported that Commissioners Bridal, Stromberg, Graff, McGeorge, Radford, Roberts and Chair Pell were present and that Commissioner Probst was absent excused.
Commissioner Stromberg made the motion to approve the Aug. 19 minutes, and Commissioner McGeorge seconded. The commission voted in favor; the motion was approved. Following the vote, commissioners and any members of the public who wished to participate were directed to meet outside immediately for the organized bus tour of transportation projects.
No ordinances, resolutions or other substantive policy items were considered or decided during the portion of the meeting covered by the transcript. The televised portion of the meeting ended when the commission departed for the site tour.
