R25-28 (REE subdivision, 201, 203 and 205 South Beach Street) — Approved Terry Luckett, representing Syracuse Land Bank, described a proposal by the owner to merge three small parcels at 201, 203 and 205 South Beach Street in the MX-3 zone to consolidate parking, improve tenant security and bring the parcels into compliance with zoning. The commission issued a negative SEQR declaration and approved the re-subdivision with one condition: the applicant must successfully file the subdivision map R-25-28 with the Onondaga County Clerk's office within 62 days of approval.
