Municipal service review and sphere study: The commission approved a contract with RSG Inc. not to exceed $43,505 to prepare a municipal service review (MSR) and sphere of influence study for the Omachumne/Omni Chimney Hartnell Water District. Policy analyst Christy Grebo told commissioners the applicant water district requested an MSR because the district has not previously been studied and the law requires an MSR before a sphere of influence determination.
