Mona Council adopts updates to city fee schedule, sets research charge at $20 an hour

The fee schedule also was updated to reflect a previously adopted water limit of 12,000 gallons and to adjust subdivision application fees. Planning and zoning recommended increases for subdivision fees because preliminary applications will now include an engineering review and attorney review; staff noted the additional reviews will increase the city’s administrative costs.
