Kern County LAFCO reviews draft strategic plan, hires part‑time analyst to begin municipal service reviews

Executive Officer Knox said the office had hired Jamieson and described her role: “Monia Jamieson joins us on a part time basis to begin our in house municipal service reviews,” and noted she has personnel and finance experience working with special districts.
Consultant Dr. Keith Woolridge presented a draft strategic plan he compiled from a five‑point survey and interviews with commissioners and staff. He described the methodology as a mix of quantitative survey responses and qualitative interviews and said the draft lists common themes and suggested priorities compiled from commissioner input.
