Commissioner Emily Klaus moved to postpone the proposed item “until all commissioners are available to be present. So hopefully next week,” and the motion was seconded. The board chair called the vote; four commissioners voted in favor and the chair announced the item passed. Commissioner Rachel Grant was excused from the meeting.
