The grant covers $2,399,075 of the estimated $2,460,590 project cost; the city’s financial commitment will not exceed $61,515, the council was told. "The federal grant is 95% grant ... the city will only fund 2.5% of that project," City Engineer and Public Works Director Barry Mott said.
