Spring‑Ford officials report school‑year readiness; temporary Spring City occupancy expected

"We will have a temporary certificate of occupancy either tomorrow morning or late afternoon," said Dan Pellegrino, who reported having visited the building, adding that workers were finishing last‑minute items.
