The Cookeville City Council on Aug. 21 approved Ordinance O25-07-11 on second and final reading, rezoning a parcel on Bill Smith Road (tax map 65, parcel 20) from RS-20 single-family residential to RS-10 single-family residential.
Mister Ward told the council that there were no calls or comments and no changes to the ordinance since first reading and recommended approval on second and final reading. Vice Mayor Eldridge moved for approval; Councilman Baji seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
The transcript does not record conditions on the rezoning, development plans, or appeals; it only records the ordinance identifier, parcel reference and that staff recommended approval based on no changes since first reading.
