The board also recognized the Spring Creek High School Booster Club for fundraising that produced $165,000 in community support. The funds were used to build an athletic equipment storage facility near the football field and a press box overlooking the baseball field; booster members previously facilitated relocation of a track fence to enable regional meets. Board members named and thanked booster leadership and volunteers attending the meeting, including chair Molly Pop, vice chair Barry Sorensen, secretary Rachel Bazzetti and treasurer Todd Sorensen among others.
The introductions and recognition were ceremonial and no formal governance action was taken in these agenda items.
