Creekside Meadows HOA asks council to protect small right-of-way along Birch Lane

The statement was delivered during the council’s public comment period on items not on the agenda. June asked the council to remember her objection “if anybody ever comes before this council and tries to claim it and take it private.” The speaker did not identify any pending application or claimant.
