Finance staff (Angie) told the City Council the certified taxable value for the property roll is estimated at $13,250,000,000, a reduction of roughly 1.1 percent from the prior estimate. She said the no-new-revenue rate and the voter-approval rate were calculated for council consideration and that the budget materials shown to the council included an increased senior and disabled exemption to $200,000.
