Oswego commissioners say Traubber school property sale under preliminary review; one RFP response reported

The board member noted that the RFP’s single response already limited the immediate pool of proposals and that the village review would follow established public processes.
Clarifying details: staff said the proposal stage is preliminary; no site plan, unit counts or final developer submissions had been filed with the village at the time of the meeting.
