The council adopted Ordinance 2025-10, a revision to the town's open-space rules that reduces a minimum parcel threshold from 40 acres to 10 acres and creates a placeholder for "prohibited uses" to be specified by the Planning & Zoning Commission. Mayor Jean introduced the change and the council voted to approve the ordinance and send it back to planning commission for specification of prohibited uses.
