The adoption, approved by unanimous vote, authorizes the city manager to execute a contract with Peregrine Technologies to use the platform for one year under UASI funding. Councilmembers Leary, Raffel, Kozlowski and Mayor Sarah Aquino voted yes; Councilmember Rorba was absent.
