Councilmember Amanda moved approval; Councilmember Jim seconded. The mayor closed the vote and announced the consent agenda motion passed. No separate roll-call vote was recorded on the consent items during the meeting.
Any member of the council had been invited to remove consent items for separate discussion; none were removed.
