The approvals clear preliminary and final subdivision steps for multiple residential and commercial developments across the county, moving projects closer to permitting and construction. Commissioners also received one letter of protest related to the Fiftieth Street Estates general plat and heard brief staff and applicant presentations on drainage, floodplain exposure and access for the commercial site.
