The commission also appointed Blake Moore to the Construction Board of Appeals, approved a contractual employment agreement for Andrew Pasachowski, and authorized city counsel to settle pending litigation identified as Bridal v. City of Huntington Woods (matter no. 134087), with the mayor authorized to sign settlement documents. Most motions passed by voice vote and were recorded as carried by the mayor.
