The approvals included a statement of the basis for just compensation for “partial number 7” of the Eagles lift station replacement and force‑main completion (project U1078); a final change order reducing BNB Inc.’s contract by $3,563 for the Forest and Walker water relocation (U1254); and Amendment 1B, a $75,000 increase to United Consulting for additional design work on the Lloyd Expressway water main relocations (U1216). The board also adopted the consent agenda, which included payroll, vouchers and administrative items.
