Planning Commission recommends approval of Luminar Business Park; council to review tentative tract map and permits

The Planning Commission on Aug. 20 recommended City Council approve the Luminar Business Park, a proposed 11‑building industrial/business park on a roughly 20‑acre vacant site within the Rancho San Clemente Specific Plan area. The commission approved the tentative tract map, a development permit for non‑residential development, a conditional use permit for one commercial recreation building and a discretionary master sign program, subject to the conditions discussed at the hearing and clarified edits requested by commissioners.
