The council adopted a resolution (agenda item C-12) authorizing a not-to-exceed appropriation of $150,000 to replace driving-range concrete, add new mats and install dividers at the teeing area. The motion was made by Vice Mayor Halford and seconded by Council Member Lackey; the vote was 5-0.
